Andrew Odle, MD
Dr. Odle has served the Liberty Lake community since 2019 and is excited to bring a more personalized approach to healthcare through the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model—building strong relationships and offering tailored, comprehensive care.
At Modern Care DPC, our mission is to empower your health journey by making healthcare accessible, affordable, and patient-centered. Dr. Odle is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients of all ages, treating a wide range of conditions with expertise and compassion.
Dr. Odle’s journey into medicine was inspired by his parents, both healthcare professionals, and his own personal health experience, which gave him a deeper understanding of the patient experience. His passion was further solidified when he became an EMT in 2006 during college, where he helped people during some of their most vulnerable moments.
He attended St. George’s University for medical school and completed his family medicine residency at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, CA, where he was honored to be selected as chief resident.
Outside of the office, Dr. Odle, his wife, and their two children (ages 7 and 5) enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. Whether it’s fishing, hiking, snowboarding, or hunting, they take full advantage of the region’s natural beauty.

Annie Owen, FNP
Hi, I’m Annie! My journey in healthcare began in 2010 when I earned my RN from North Idaho College. Over the next decade, I developed a deep clinical foundation before returning to
school to elevate my practice, graduating with my Masters of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Purdue University in 2023.
Today, my practice bridges the gap between comprehensive family medicine and specialized dermatology care. Because I believe healthcare should be personal, proactive, and unhurried, I
am excited to practice under the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. This allows me to focus entirely on you – building lasting relationships and delivering tailored wellness plans without
the constraints of traditional insurance. While I treat the whole person across all stages of life, I bring specialized training to two areas I am deeply passionate about:
Dermatology and skincare: I am a Certified Dermatology Nurse (DNC) with a true love for everything skincare. I have a focus on comprehensive skin checks, utilizing dermoscopy to closely evaluate skin lesions for early detection and peace of mind.
Women’s health and hormone optimization: I have a special interest in guiding women through their unique health journeys, including personalized hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to restore balance, and vitality.
When I’m not partnering with patients, you can usually find me staying active and recharging. I love running, Pilates, and barre, and genuinely enjoy spending time in the kitchen creating healthy, delicious meals. My husband and I live locally, and if you talk to me more than a few minutes, you’ll likely hear about my puppy Biscuit – we are completely obsessed with him!
Krysta Mende
Krysta Mende is a proud Air Force veteran and licensed phlebotomist who’s been with Modern Care from day one. She previously worked for large healthcare organizations, drawing labs for 60+ patients a day. Now, she loves the direct primary care model, where her easygoing vibe and reliability shine—handling the front desk, rooming patients, and drawing labs while building genuine, personalized connections that make everyone feel truly cared for.
